Dr. Talbot is a graduate of West Point, the Harvard Business School, and the University of Texas School of Medicine. He is a member of the staff and faculty at Cornell Medical School and the New York Hospital where he received his ophthalmic training. In practice for more than 16 years, he provides the full range of ophthalmic services. In addition to being certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology*, he is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology* and a member of the New England Ophthalmological Society.
